Do you offer in-person or virtual therapy sessions?

All sessions are virtual, so you can feel relaxed and safe in your own environment. Virtual sessions are available to clients throughout Washington state.

What insurance do you accept?

We accept Regence and Premera Blue Cross. We are out-of-network for other insurance plans, and HSA payments are accepted.

How much does therapy cost?

Therapy is $170 per 50-minute session. A sliding scale is available upon review. Somatic skills facilitation is priced separately.

Nicole uses a blend of somatic techniques, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients move beyond survival mode toward a life of clarity, balance, and wholeness.

Nicole Black is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master's degree from Antioch University. She holds certificates in Integrative Somatic Parts Work (Levels 1-3) and Disaster Mental Health Counseling, plus specialized training in DBT, IFS, and EFT.
