Somatic Skills Facilitation

These one-on-one sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation and help you connect more deeply with the ease, pleasure, and resilience already available in your body. While not psychotherapy, somatic skills facilitation offers a meaningful path toward personal enrichment, post-traumatic growth, and greater engagement with life.

This work is ideal for those who aren’t seeking mental health treatment but are ready to experience more joy while also having the grace to get through life’s challenges. Through gentle guidance and body-based techniques, we’ll explore what feels good and right—helping you build on your natural strengths and move beyond the “what’s wrong” narrative.
Together, we’ll work to cultivate new ways of being with yourself and the world around you. This is a collaborative, present-centered approach for those who are ready to evolve beyond their trauma story and explore life with renewed curiosity and capacity.
